The Sacred Blacksmith (聖剣の刀鍛冶（ブラックスミス）) is an anime television series based on the light novel series by Isao Miura. It was produced by Manglobe studios and originally aired in Japan between October 3, 2009 and December 19, 2009, consisting of 12 episodes. The series was released in North America on DVD by FUNimation Entertainment on January 25, 2011.
