The Book of Bantorra (戦う司書 The Book of Bantorra) is an anime television series based on the light novel series written by Ishio Yamagata and illustrated by Shigeki Maeshima. The series originally aired in Japan between October 2, 2009 and April 2, 2010, consisting of 27 episodes. The series was released in North America on DVD by Sentai Filmworks between May 15, 2012 and July 17, 2012.
