Spike Spencer

Charles Forrest "Spike" Spencer (born December 21, 1968 in Houston, Texas, USA) is an American voice actor.

He's known for voicing: Akito Tenkawa in Martian Successor Nadesico, Ginta Toramizu in MÄR: Märchen Awakens Romance, Hanataro Yamada in Bleach, Rolo Lamperouge in Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2 and Shinji Ikari in Neon Genesis Evangelion.
