FLCL (フリクリ) is an original video animation series written by Yōji Enokido, directed by Kazuya Tsurumaki and produced by the FLCL Production Committee, which included Gainax, Production I.G, and Starchild Records. The series aired in Japan on April 26, 2000 and in North America between August 8, 2003 and August 12, 2003.
