April and the Extraordinary World is a French-Belgian-Canadian animated science fiction adventure film directed by Christian Desmares and Franck Ekinci. It premiered at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival on June 15, 2015 and was released in France on November 4, 2015. The film was released in the United States by GKIDS in New York on March 25, 2016 and in the United States on April 8, 2016.
